Special Day

Today was a very special day for our little Tyke-man.  Today was his blessing day and things couldn't have gone any better.  Tyke Terry Long's Uncle Cody blessed him in the Mona 2nd Ward (my parent's ward) and did a great job!  We had a lot of family show up to support our little guy and we appreciate it so much.  In Tyke's circle were Tyke's: Grandpa Terry, Great-Grandpa Wally, Uncle Cody, Uncle Seth, Uncle Trenton, Uncle David, Great-Uncle Brent, Great-Uncle Rick, Great-Uncle Mark (Mona 2nd Ward's bishop), Great-Uncle Blair and Great-Uncle Drew.  Tyke did great and didn't fuss at all during his blessing (or cause a blow out, Chad and I were really nervous about that one).  We were told later in the day that Tyke was a little wiggle worm though so it's a good thing he had so many great guys in his circle to keep a hold of him.  Cody gave Tyke a great blessing and we're so thankful that he was willing to bless our little guy.  Tyke is so loved!
After sacrament we all gathered at my parents for a small family dinner (Great grandparents, grandparents, and our brothers and sisters and their families).  We had "cafe rio style" pork salads.  The food was yummy and the company was great!
Chad, Tyke and I are so very grateful for our awesome family and all of the love and support they have given us!
