1st Haircut

The moment we have all been waiting for finally happened...Tyke got his very first haircut today!  He has been needing a cut for a long time now but I was determined to wait until Heather Jo was home for Christmas so she could do it.  Tyke has been very sober around Aunt Jo.  He refuses to smile and just stares and studies her.  When we put him in his chair and put the cape over him he started to get concerned.  When Aunt Jo started up the clippers he looked at me and his Daddy with a scared little look on his face.  I held his hands and told him it was ok, he didn't believe.  He was terrified and broke down into tears!  It was sad but so cute.  Chad hurried and found some treats, cheetos, and started feeding them to Tyke continuously.  This helped a lot!

For the most part Tyke did really well at holding still, as long as I had a hold of his face and Chad was feeding him.  His new little do looks so good on him!  I'm a little sad that the baby locks are gone but our little Tyke-man is so handsome with his new spikies!  Thanks Aunt JoJo for being Tyke's first hair dresser!
