Ladies League

For the first time ever our volleyball team, TKR, placed in tournament!!  We almost always get beat out within the first two games.  This year, however, we went into tournament in 3rd place and worked our way up.  We played two matches on Tuesday night and won both, staying in 3rd place.  We played again tonight and with all of the wins and losses we had, we ended up playing for just over three hours straight, equaling about 11 games total, with no breaks!!  We were exhausted and hungry (a couple of us failed to eat dinner before game time) but we had a great time and played super hard.  We worked our way up to the championship game!  We beat the first place team in round one.  Because they were sitting in first place and we were in second we had to play them again to decide who won.  We eventually lost but we played our hearts out!  We are so excited to have finally placed!  It was a great time (super exhausting though) and we're sad that the season is over.  Way to go TKR!
