We went for a ride up the canyon tonight. We only went to the monument and that was plenty for me. I get car sick easily ever since I was preggo with Tyke. Tyke gets car sick too but he did really good this ride. We rolled down the windows and opened the sunroof and enjoyed the canyon air. Luke fell right to sleep (which is why I have no pictures of him, dang it!) but Tyke had a blast pointing out "deers and moo tows!" (Deer and cows) He's such a cheeser! He knows to smile when the camera comes out, unless it's a professional camera then he just cries and throws a fit. Anyway, we saw a few deer close to the road that Tyke thought was pretty neat. We also spotted a couple of bucks way up on the mountain side. They were so far away that we couldn't tell how big they were but we could tell they were bucks so they must have been decent sized. It was nice getting out of the house and going for a ride.
