Scheduled!

Today we met with Dr. Nance at the office for the last time!  Chad was so ancy the past few days playing this waiting game for baby Long to get here that he told me we were going to tell the doc stories to get him to induce labor.  (Dr. Nance informed us weeks ago that he would NOT start me unless my blood pressure was high or other circumstances)
Our appointment went well.  I have lost 4 pounds since last week and my blood pressure is perfect.  Dr. Nance walked in the room with his usual smile on his face and asked how we were doing.  I told him that Chad was driving me crazy and that he had to do something! (meaning, get this baby here!)
Dr. Nance checked me out and I'm still only 75% thinned but finally dilated to a whopping....1.  Chad and I looked at each other with a little disappointment, but then Dr. Nance took a seat and starting talking to us about our options. Luckily he told us what we wanted to hear, that it was time to consider starting me.  He left the room to go and call the hospital to make arrangements and came back to inform us to be at Payson hospital Thursday morning at 5 am!  This is just what we wanted to hear! (except for the whole 5 am thing, I'm no morning person you know)
We're so excited!  I'm so nervous!  I can't believe this is finally happening for us.  It's mind blowing to think that in just a couple of days we'll be parents, we'll be holding our new little boy or girl, and that this whole pregnancy thing will be over with.  It's so scary and exciting at the same time!  Bring on Thursday!!!! =)
