New Obsession

Tyke has a new toy obsession, dinosaurs!  He has always shown an interest in them but we've never bought him any.  While we were camping over Memorial weekend Chad found a toy dinosaur in the tall grass just east of camp.  Tyke was excited and packed that thing around with him everywhere.  Even at home it was a favorite toy.  Saturday we went grocery shopping and found a bin of $1 dinosaurs at Walmart.  We let him pick out three, for being so good.  He has packed them around ever since, even tucking them into bed him and napping with him.  They're always "hungee mom!" (hungry) and trying to eat us and saying "num num num num"  It's pretty darn cute!  Tyke still loves his airplanes and his Nemo fish but for now dinosaurs rule! (We are going to need to get him a bigger backpack to pack around all of these loved toys!)  It's amazing how many toys this kid can fit into two hands!
